We are very enticed to announce TWO very special dinners next week on Wednesday 3/13 & Thursday 3/14.
We have the honor of hosting Caroline Brun from France, who is an accomplished Champagne Maker & Artist! Anne-Marie has created a delicious menu to accompany the tasting provided by Caroline, who will be pouring 2 Champagnes each night, including Champagne Billecart-Salmon, Brut Sous Bois. We will also have additional wines available the evening of.
Caroline paints about Champagne, using materials from the different stages of the winemaking process to create her paintings. She invented the expression “Dégustation Visuelle” (visual tasing) to describe her work, and uses her paintings as her wine tasting notes. She works as a global Champagne ambassador for IWC by day and paints during her free time and has emerged as a uniquely distinguished artist.
She is a well-known and well-respected wine expert across the Champagne wine region and is gaining acclaim internationally. She has connections at pretty much all the Champagne houses, including the major ones and the smaller growers/producers.
The event starts at 6 pm with tray passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a presentation by Caroline who will have a piece (or two) of her art with her, and then dinner. Please see the full menu below!
